Horecava 2026 – The Leading Trade Fair for Hospitality and Catering

Horecava 2026 is the largest trade fair for the hospitality and catering industry in the Netherlands, taking place from January 12 to 15, 2026, at RAI Amsterdam. Over 700 national and international exhibitors will showcase innovative products, services, and solutions for restaurants, hotels, catering, and large kitchens across approximately 110,000 m² of exhibition space. The fair covers a wide range of topics, including food, beverages, kitchen technology, interior design, sustainability, and digitalization. A highlight is the Horecava Innovation Award, honoring outstanding innovations in the industry. Additionally, the TrendLAB provides insights into current industry topics such as hybrid catering, delivery services, and digital transformation.
