Price Information - General Information
All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate. An enquiry via our website does not constitute a binding order. Upon receipt of your enquiry, you will receive a prompt reply or an individual, non-binding offer. For further details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Conditions for Fair Prices
Rental Period:
- Prices are per item and rental period.
- A rental unit covers a maximum of 12 days or the entire duration of the trade fair for which the items are intended.
Free delivery for selected trade fairs:
- Free delivery and collection for certain trade fairs.
- Furniture is usually delivered 2 days before the start of the fair.
- Transport to the edge of the stand as well as assembly and dismantling are included.
Special delivery:
- Individual or unscheduled delivery dates by arrangement.
- Additional charges may apply.

Availability / Reservation:
- Availability of items can be quickly checked by requesting a quote.
- Items should be reserved in advance to ensure availability. Reservations are recommended at least 4-6 weeks before the start of the fair.
Conditions for Event Prices
- Rental Period: Prices apply per unit and rental period (max. 3 days, incl. delivery day).
- Weekend Rental: The period from Friday to Monday counts as one rental unit.
Additional Services:
- Event prices include rental only.
- Additional services: Transport, collection, assembly and disassembly are charged at cost.
